NWLA works to maintain the Selling Agent’s relationship with the client throughout the leasing process until the client is prepared to sell. We then return the referred listing to the Selling Agent, maintaining full co-op agreements with Agents to protect all parties involved. For owners, we offer full management services, ranging from tenant placement to eviction. As a licensed broker in the state of Louisiana, we can also help you add to your portfolio or sell from it.
